pipe repairs & excavations
We have years of experience in excavating pipes that have collapsed or broken and replacing them with new sections of pipe.
Making sure the pipes flow into Inspection Chambers and ensuring the pipe is watertight and also water tested, to avoid any water leaks underground is an important factor.
We can also install an entire new drainage system if necessary, we build new Inspection Chambers, Soak-aways, or install new gully’s if required.
All new drainage is installed to the correct standard and water tested before they are buried underground, signed off and approved.
Safety is an extremely important factor within our company when excavating and installing new drains.

high presssure water jetting
Available, we have High Pressure Jetting machines; these machines are installed inside our company vans.
If necessary a tanker unit will need to be summoned for the more stubborn blockages. Alternatively tankers can suck out chambers and pits.
High Pressure Jetting is used for the following common problems:
- Clearing Blockages
- Chemically Cleaning Pipes
- De-scaling Pipes
- Fat & Grease Removal
CCTV SURVEYS
We can inspect up to 1080mm pipes with a crawler pan & tilt camera, or for the smaller drains we can use our coil camera.
Either option we can guarantee a DVD of the surveyed drain and a full written report including drawings, measurements and all details on the pipes condition etc.
(Please note we also offer the option to have the recording of the survey emailed electronically)
Most importantly the survey will come with recommendations and what steps need to be taken in order to fix a problem if one occurs.
preventative maintenance
Not forgetting the potential health risk from sewage flooding and the obvious inconveniences like unbudgeted expenditure.
First we will need to carry out a drain survey of the entire site.
We will then analyse any problems and isolate main areas of concern.
We recommend a clean of all the pipe work to ensure full flow and performance of the drains until the next planned visit.
A scheduled program is then conducted to show our client which part of the drainage system needs cleaning and maintaining on a regular basis, to prevent any blockages and other problems from arising in the near future.
By organising and arranging a time to suit you best, our engineers will carry out the work planned, most importantly ensuring all pipes stated in the newly conducted Preventative Maintenance schedule are in a clean and free flowing condition.
Maintenance plans can be carried out within a 6-month or 12-month period.
re-lining & patch lining
This could lead to Re-Lining or Patch Lining to fix the problem using the fastest most effective method around.
- Broken, and Cracked – Caused by ground movement, nearby excavations or forever changing weather seasons.
- Corrosion – The pipe has deteriorated, causing structural damage to the line and restricting the flow of the pipe.
- Leaking Joints – The seals between pipes have displaced allowing water to saturate the surrounding area of the pipe.
- Root Infiltration – Tree or shrub roots have penetrated the drain line, they cause restriction to the flow and cause major damage to the pipe.
If any of the above problems are found whilst conducting our CCTV Survey, by re-lining the pipe this will immediately fix the problem and most importantly ensure the pipe is in a clean and free flowing condition and structurally stable.
By using the Patch Liner method it saves us from inserting a full length liner inside a pipe. It enables us to concentrate and repair a certain section of the faulty pipe.
